Hochzeitsfotografin Ishtar Najjar

Eight years ago I was finally brave enough to make the change from working in the movie business to starting my own business as a freelance photographer focussing on wedding and lifestyle photography. And I haven’t looked back.

With my camera, I want to capture the perfect mixture of moods, feelings and authenticity.  Whether I am doing wedding coverage, a family photo session, pictures of newborns or couple pictures – every new encounter is also a new challenge for me as photographer, a challenge which delights me every single time.

Some more about me: In the morning, I need my white coffee. „Lost in Translation“ is one of my top 100 movies of all time. I love cats and dogs, and my house is not complete without fresh flowers. If I could only take one item to a desert island, then I would struggle to chose between my iPad, my favourite pillow, my handcream or dental floss. I love to explore new places, but I always look forward to coming home. After a tiring wedding day, I relax with some yoga or rest in my hammock (or both, but not at the same time). I love the smell of freshly mowed grass in summer and the urban sounds of footsteps muffled in the snow during winter. I love to go to bed early. And I would not be where I am now without my children and my husband.
